Growing Up
I was approached to create the design for Growing Up, a new platform intended for schools.
A tool where school personel and administrators could easily communicate with the parents and guardians of children in classes in schools all over Sweden.
The goal with the design was for the site to be very easy to use, easily navigated and with a welcoming feeling. With a friendly, recognizable and simple layout we aimed to make growingup.se a portal where parents, personel and others around the school wanted to come back to again.
I learned so much during this project. Together with the brief I was handed rougly 50 pages in a PowerPoint presentation. Ideas and thoughts my client had collected the last year working with their concept. That can easily get overwhelming, so together we co-created the service much closer to it's core. Rebuilding it from the ground up it was easier for me to understand their idea and designing a better platform.
